Memphis

hi guys :)

My name is Memphis! A drummer straight out of the Bay Area - you won't find another like me.

The first time I got on a set of drums - I was 4 years old and my foot barely reached the bass drum pedal. I had to stand while I stepped on it. Times have definitely changed since then!

I’m truly blessed to have my three siblings: Micaiah, Matthias and Mercy, not only because of the love and care they show towards me but also because they are outstanding musicians.

Another fun fact is that I am a aspiring educator and I have great passion in serving others!!

I dream of letting my light shine and reaching for the stars! (literally) One of my biggest aspirations is to make scientific education attainable to everybody regardless of where you're from. My biggest goal is to inspire the next generation to use their minds, and not get stuck in the boxes society places on them because of their backgrounds.

When I'm not in music mode, I enjoy spending time with my family, learning in general, teaching space sciences /observing the stars, reading, playing with our kitty Olivia, cooking, baking and of course, well eating haha. Now that you know basically everything about me, I hope you will embark on this adventure with me.
